Judas Iscariot kissing Jesus

Poetry from Gift Kaputolo

One Poem by Gift Kaputolo

Enter the man

Woman, dance and wiggle,
The messiah is here.
Isn’t all the glamour pleasant
Thou knowest not that salvation is here?

Go down the river and watch the parade
The caterpillar-like convoy.

Let words not caress the concrete layers of your hearts
Eat while you can.
Enter the man,
The Judas
will forsake you.
